  • Contact data you give us in forms or by message: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, business name, city and industry.
  • Business data you choose to share for your diagnostic or service (website, profiles, public information).
  • Technical data generated while browsing: approximate IP, device and browser type, and saved preferences (such as language/country).
  • Account data if you are a client and log in to the panel (email and credentials handled by our authentication provider).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data or information from children.

3. How we use it

  • Prepare and deliver your AI and search visibility diagnostic.
  • Contact you for follow-up, answer questions, and send your result by WhatsApp or email.
  • Provide, maintain and improve our services (websites, SEO/GEO positioning, content, measurement).
  • Send service updates and offers from DUNPPI (you can opt out anytime).
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Analyze site usage in aggregate to improve it.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data based on your consent, given when you submit a form and accept this policy, and/or to perform our contract when you are a client. By checking the consent box in our forms, you authorize the processing described here.

5. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, under security standards and only to deliver the service:

  • Vercel (site hosting and infrastructure; cookieless web analytics).
  • Supabase (database and authentication).
  • Resend (transactional email).
  • Meta/WhatsApp (WhatsApp communication, if you message us there).
  • Content/image providers and the search/AI engines we query to measure your visibility.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent. US residents (including under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA where applicable) may request access or deletion and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 7. Data retention

We keep your data while we have a relationship with you or as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it securely.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control, and providers with good security practices. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to minimize risk.
