These Terms govern the use of www.dunppi.com/us and the purchase of DUNPPI services. By using the site or purchasing a service, you accept these Terms.

1. What we offer

DUNPPI provides website builds and visibility optimization for search engines and AI (SEO + GEO), including score measurement, content generation and support. The specific scope depends on the plan you purchase and is detailed in the corresponding offer.

2. Plans and purchase

• Websites are a one-time payment based on the package chosen.
• Positioning plans are a monthly subscription, with no long-term commitment unless otherwise agreed.
• Published prices may include time-limited promotions, stated in each offer.
• Purchase is formalized when you accept the offer and complete payment.

3. Payments

Payments are made through the agreed methods. Monthly subscriptions renew periodically until you cancel. Applicable taxes are borne by whoever the law determines.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime; cancellation applies to the next billing period. One-time website payments follow the Refund Policy.

5. Results and scope

We use proven methods to improve your visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or exact results in search engines or AI answers, since they depend on third parties (Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others) and their algorithms, outside our control. We commit to measuring transparently and executing the agreed work.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the access needed to deliver the service.
• Hold the rights to any content, trademarks and images you supply.
• Use the service lawfully and per these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The DUNPPI brand, site, panel and our methods and materials belong to DUNPPI. When a website is completed and paid for, the client receives usage rights over the delivered site. Content the client provides remains theirs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DUNPPI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the site or service. Our maximum liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the service in question.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may integrate or link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp or payment gateways). We are not responsible for their policies or practices; please review them.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia.
